For decades, we have worked as musicians in the orchestra and have been able to observe how different conductors and their leadership styles affect us personally and the entire orchestra – our discipline, our commitment, our creativity and, consequently, the result!
These experiences, along with our focus on the strengths and potential of people – and, above all, of leaders – led us to develop a unique concept for a leadership development programme. And after we’d held a workshop at Leopoldskron Castle in Salzburg, where the film *The Sound of Music* was shot, the name became clear: The Sound of Leadership®
