Dorothea Schönwiese
the cornerstone of „The Sound of Leadership“ and „Listen & Lead“
Her clear insight into the personality, her understanding of situations and her accurate intuition about people form the basis of her tireless support for others. Above all, she is distinguished by her ability to help others gain self-awareness and to catalyse personal development.
This is of great benefit to us in the workshops, which focus on personal development.
With her training as a dialogue process facilitator and psychological counsellor, she possesses the necessary expertise to overcome any difficulties that may arise.
She is happy to be available after the seminars, either at her practice or online, for professional follow-up support and further exploration.
Her original profession is that of a cellist. She studied in Vienna, New York, Milan, Salzburg and Manchester. As a long-standing principal cellist with Concentus Musicus Wien under Nikolaus Harnoncourt, as well as in a wide variety of chamber music ensembles and as a soloist, she has performed in the world’s great concert halls.
Not least her teaching at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna and her many years of extensive experience co-leading the ‘The Sound of Leadership’ and ‘Listen & Lead’ seminars with Florian Schönwiese elevate her to the professional and reliable standard she has embodied for many years.
